Can I purchase my furniture online?
Absolutely! You can easily purchase your furniture online through the Couch Kings website. We offer a selection of quality couches and other furniture pieces that you can browse from the comfort of your home. Our user-friendly online store provides detailed descriptions and clear images. We also ensure a secure and easy checkout process and reliable delivery services right to your doorstep!
How do I get to your store?
If you're driving on Dillingham towards Costco, take your first left after King St, ignoring the no left turn sign. This is just after Jollibee and Jiffy Lube, where there are likely traffic cones in the road.
If you're coming from the other direction, or find yourself in the Costco parking lot, head down Dillingham towards King St. Turn right at the final turn before King St, which will be Kaaahi St.
Once on Kaaahi St, head down towards the end, make a left onto Kaaahi Pl, and you'll find us in the middle of the culdesac.
Park in any of the spaces out front, ignore the no parking signs :)
Can you haul away my old furniture?
Yes! We can often haul away your old furniture for free! Fill out our quick and easy request form under the "Couch Donation" tab. This allows us to see if your furniture qualifies for free haul out. We donate a portion of all our profits.
What is your cleaning process?
All furniture we intake undergoes a systemized quality control and cleaning process. This starts with an inspection at pick up to ensure no major or permanent flaws. Once back at our warehouse, furniture undergoes an ozone treatment to exterminate any pests or odors. Furniture then undergoes a 12 point inspection to identify any flaws that may need to be resolved. The cleaning process continues with a double vacuum, steam, clean, shampoo, extraction, and drying process, followed by as needed services, such as spot, cleaning, pilling, or pet hair removal, and stitching. Our team, then reviews the originally documented flaws to ensure all remedies for properly addressed, and the piece is photographed and moved to the floor for sale.
How do you treat for pests like bedbugs or termites?
All furniture we intake undergoes an intense ozone treatment before entering our facilities. Ozone exterminates any potential infestations such as bedbugs, termites, and roaches. It even mitigates bad odors, mold, and bacteria. You can rest easy knowing our products go through a thorough sanitation process!
What is your return policy?
Our delivery team will allow you to inspect your piece at the time of delivery. If for any reason, our products do not meet your expectations at the time of delivery, you can send them back for an 80% refund to cover restocking and delivery. Once an item has been excepted for delivery, you will have 24 hours to initiate a return.
Do you have a showroom for me to view furniture before purchase?
Yes! Our warehouse showroom is open from 11am-4pm Saturday and Sunday. Our inventory is also available for purchase online everyday!
Can you deliver on base?
Yes our delivery team has base access island wide!
What is "Curbside Delivery"
Curbside Delivery means we deliver the furniture to the exterior of your home or building. Curbside Delivery does not include moving the furniture into your home.
Do I qualify for free Curbside Delivery?
Our complementary curbside delivery is available to customers across the island for all couch orders!
What is "In-Home Delivery"
In-Home Delivery means we deliver the furniture inside your home or building.
Can I return my furniture after I accepted delivery?
Once delivery has been accepted and our delivery team departs, you have a 24-hour window to initiate a return. Please note that there is a $300 restocking fee to cover the costs of picking the furniture back up. The furniture must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. After the 24-hour period, all sales are final and returns will no longer be accepted.
What if the furniture doesn't fit?
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all furniture will fit through any entryways, doorways, hallways, and or corners! Once delivery has been excepted, and our delivery team departs, you may initiate a return.
What if I purchase in home delivery and it doesn’t fit
We will do our absolute best to get your furniture inside your house. It is the customers responsibility to make sure it will fit through all entryways. In the rare occasion it doesn’t fit we will refund up to 80%. This is in order to cover fuel, time, and restocking fee. Please ensure your furniture will fit!
Do I need to pay a deposit to have you hold an item for me?
Yes, we require payment in full in order to hold any furniture for you. We will hold your furniture for up to seven days free of charge. Furniture will not be held more than seven days, unless an exception is agreed upon prior to purchase.
Can you ship inter-island?
Yes, we can ship to different Hawaiian islands. However it is the customers responsibility to cover the shipping costs.
Are you able to finance?
Yes! we use Shop Pay to offer interest free payments on all our products.
Do you charge sales tax?
All payments are billed with an extra 4.7120% sales tax.
Was my furniture ever exposed to pets?
Because we cannot be certain of the history of used furniture, we typically do not have a certain answer to this question. We will never advertise furniture as "pet-free" unless we are able to confirm 100% that the furniture came from a pet free home. It is best to assume that any items may have been exposed to pets before our deep cleaning process listed above.
